Founder of Warens Real Estate in Chamonix decided after 10 years of operation to leave to exercise his passion of the real estate throughout the world to finish by putting at your service his experience on this island of which he fell in love.
About PEARL
Pearl Business Mallorca was born from the meeting of a professional passionate about his job and a paradise.
Benoit is passionate about his profession, real estate, which he has been practicing for 20 years around the world.
After having created his own company in the Chamonix valley (France) where his success was crowned by the opening of 3 offices, his taste for versatility pushed him to sell and expatriate himself to the Caribbean where he developed several real estate projects, mainly for an American customer base.
Following the famous hurricane Irma which destroys 95% of his adopted island, he decides to stay and help rebuild it. He then became a project manager and developer for 3 years where he trained in building standards.
When he discovered Raphael Nadal’s native island, Mallorca, he immediately fell in love with this rock that combines sea and mountain, architecture and culture, heritage and modernity….
From the traditional Finca, to the modern villa on the beach, Pearl Business Mallorca offers you to discover the diversity of the properties proposed on its island, “Pearl of the Mediterranean” as the famous investor Warren Buffett qualified it.
